Our Post-Construction Cleaning Services
Builder’s Clean
Heavy-Duty, Phase-One Cleaning
Our Builder’s Clean is the first stage of post-construction cleaning, carried out once major construction work is complete.
Our Builder’s Clean removes the layers of dust, debris, and leftover materials that construction leaves behind — prepping the site for final trades, inspections, or snagging.
These Includes but not limited to:
- Removal of construction debris and waste
- Thorough dusting of all surfaces (ceilings, walls, fixtures)
- Cleaning of floors (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping)
- Wipe-down of doors, skirting boards, switches, and fittings
- Cleaning inside and outside of cabinet
- We remove paint splatter, stickers, and dust for streak-free windows and glass surfaces.
- Removal of stickers and labels from fixtures and appliances
